Professional Foundation Inspection Services
Thorough foundation assessments for homes in Edmonton and the surrounding areas. 45 to 90 minutes on site, then a written report within 48 hours with a photograph behind every finding.
What is a Foundation Inspection?
A foundation inspection is a detailed visual assessment of your home's foundation system — including the basement walls, floor slab, exterior grading, and related structural elements.
A proper inspection takes 45-90 minutes and produces documentation you can actually use — photographs, measurements, and a plain-language call on each finding. That is a different exercise from a fifteen-minute look at one wall.
My inspections are observational — I document what I see and identify concerns. I'm not a structural engineer, and I'll recommend an engineering evaluation if warranted.
A thorough inspection cannot be rushed. I take the time needed to properly assess every area and document my findings comprehensively.

I don't quote or carry out repair work on any property I inspect, and I'm not an engineer — where a finding calls for an engineered opinion, I'll say so.
