There is no separate privacy department here — I handle these requests myself. To ask what personal information I hold about you, to have it corrected, to withdraw consent, or to raise a privacy concern, email info@foundationinspection.ca or call (780) 499-1400. I will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity before releasing information. If you are not satisfied with my response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta.

How Long I Keep Information

I keep inspection records and the contact details attached to them while they are needed to deliver and support the service, and for a reasonable period afterward — long enough that you can request a copy of your report, and long enough to meet business, insurance, tax and legal obligations. Enquiries and booking requests that do not turn into an inspection are kept only as long as they are useful for follow-up. When information is no longer needed for any of these purposes, I delete or destroy it. You can ask me to delete your information sooner, and I will do so unless I am required to retain it.

Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
